RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order? Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s). You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted and a refund is issued, please meet the following requirements:

  • Original Condition: The product must be complete, including all parts, accessories, and the original packaging.

  • Unused: The item must show no signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.

  • Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, products such as lingerie, swimwear, or underwear must be returned completely sealed, unworn, and in their original sanitary condition.

  • Defects: Any manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

🔹 Please Note: Camila Sol reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Order Number (e.g., #CS1234)

  2. Reason for the return

  3. Photos of the product (required for damaged or defective items)

  4. Full Name used for the order

Step 2: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the authorized return address.

⚠️ Warning: Do not send packages back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be trackable and could result in a forfeited refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 30-Day Guarantee: While standard regulations vary, Camila Sol offers an extended 30-day window for your peace of mind.

  • Automated Processing: Due to our rapid automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If your order is already in transit, you must receive the package first and then follow the return process.

  • Finality: A cancellation or return is only considered effective once the item has been received and inspected at our facility.

ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Our products are shipped from international logistics centers to offer you the best styles. Shipping times are subject to international transit schedules and are outside of our direct control. Orders currently in transit cannot be stopped or canceled.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

  • Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD).

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. * We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
