TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Olivia & Luna Boutique. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern the access, use of this site, and all sales contracts between you (“the Customer”) and Camila Sol (“the Seller”).

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1 These Terms apply to all sales of products through the official Camila Sol website. Any conflicting terms proposed by the Customer shall not be valid unless expressly approved in writing by the Seller.

1.2 These Terms apply to both individual consumers and professional buyers.

1.3 Use of this site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1 Product descriptions on the site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

2.2 A sales contract is finalized once the Customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation email from Camila Sol.

2.3 In the event of product unavailability, the Seller will notify the Customer within 5 business days and issue a full refund.

2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or contain incomplete information.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 All prices on the site are displayed and processed in US Dollars (USD). 3.2 Any sales tax, import duties, or customs fees applied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or local authorities are the sole responsibility of the Customer. These may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery.

3.3 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

3.4 Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed via secure SSL-encrypted connections.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

4.2 Average delivery times to the United States range from 6 to 16 business days.

4.3 Customs & Duties (DDU/DAP): Products are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. The Customer is responsible for all import costs or duties if applicable.

5. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Return Period: Camila Sol offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

5.2 Exceptions: The right to return does not apply to personalized items or hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear or lingerie).

5.3 Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

6.1 Products are provided with the standard warranty of conformity. To the extent permitted by law, Camila Sol’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content (logos, text, images, and designs) is the exclusive property of Camila Sol. Any reproduction or use without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
